is a professional HVAC contractor, formed in November 1989.

In May 1991, David Cannon joined the company as a managing director and in May 1992  he negotiated and and acquired the full shareholding of the business and promptly expanded into the sales of new air-conditioning equipment in addition to servicing. As the company grew in strength it further expanded into major HVAC projects.

DK Pillay (Daya) and V Govender (Vinod) have worked for Airetronic Maintenance & Sales (Pty) LTD for 29 & 19 years respectively. They acquired 30% shareholding over the years and in June 2018 when Dave Cannon retired, Daya and Vinod each acquired 50% shareholding.
