Airetronic Maintenance & Sales (Pty) Ltd is a professional HVAC contractor, formed in November 1989, committed to delivering exceptional, quality services in a timely manner.

In May 1991, David Cannon joined the company as managing director. In May 1992 he acquired a full shareholding of the business and promptly expanded into the sale of new air-conditioning equipment, in addition to servicing, repairs and maintenance. As the company grew in strength, it further expanded into major
HVAC projects.

DK Pillay (Daya) and V Govender (Vinod) have worked for Airetronic Maintenance & Sales (Pty) Ltd since 1991 & 1999, respectively. They acquired a 30% shareholding over the years and in June 2018, when Dave Cannon retired, Daya and Vinod each acquired a 50% shareholding.
